WARRANTY AND RETURNS
You may return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. For safety and sanitary reasons you may not return e-juice, drip tips, and used atomizers under any circumstances.
If you have an issue with an e-liquid product, please contact us immediately.
COILS & ATOMIZERS
Coils and atomizers have a dead on arrival (DOA) warranty. We will replace them free of charge, but please notify customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package.
TANKS & Batteries
Tank issues such as taste, leaking, etc. are beyond our control and are not grounds for replacement/refund. However if your tank or battery arrives damaged or is DOA please contact customer service.
MODS & REBUILDABLES
Mods and rebuildables are expert level devices, and as such due these items are FINAL SALE, unless otherwise mentioned. We will assist you with getting the item replaced if the item stops working within 48 hours of purchase or is DOA.
V/V & v/w DevicesIf your v/v v/w device is DOA please contact us within 72 hours and we will replace the item at no charge or offer you a store credit. For issues beyond this time frame, we will assist you in getting in contact with the manufacturer
If you decide to return a product you will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with initial delivery. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you refuse delivery of your order and it comes back to us, you will be issued a refund LESS a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling.
Cancelling an order
If the order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel the order and issue you a full refund. If you cancel the order after it has already been shipped, you will be issued a refund LESS a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling. You will be required to mail the package back to us at your expense, and a refund will be issued once the package is received.
RETURN/REFUND, EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
If you would like to return a product for exchange, replacement, or refund, please email us at email@example.com. Please provide all of the required information including Order Number, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. When approved, you will be assigned an RMA number to include when sending in your item.
- Return the item with all original packaging. Return of incomplete merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund/replacement item. Items must be free of any physical damage.
- Ship the item at your expense and your choice of carrier.
- If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
