Shipping and Returns
How do I return an item?



You may return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. For safety and sanitary reasons you may not return e-juice, drip tips, and opened atomizers under any circumstances.

If you have an issue with an e-liquid product, please contact us immediately.


Coils and atomizers have a dead on arrival (DOA) warranty. We will replace them free of charge if you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.


Tanks are only replaceable if the glass is cracked, or if it is DOA. Issues regarding taste, leaking, etc. are out of our control.


Mods and rebuildables are expert level devices, and as such due to the nature of these devices these items are final sale, unless stated otherwise. We will assist you with getting the item replaced if the item stops working within 48 hours of purchase or is DOA.


If you decide to return a product you will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with initial delivery. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you refuse delivery of your order and it comes back to us, you will be issued a refund LESS a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling.


If the order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel the order and issue you a full refund. If you cancel the order after it has already been shipped, you will be issued a refund LESS a 15% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping and handling. You will be required to mail the package back to us at your expense, and a refund will be issued once we receive the package.


If you would like to return a product for exchange, replacement, or refund, please email us at Please provide all of the required information including Order Number, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. When approved, you will be assigned an RMA number to include when sending in your item.

  1. Return the item with all original packaging. Poor repackaging or the return of incomplete merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund/replacement item. Items must be free of any physical damage.
  2. Ship the item at your expense and your choice of carrier.
  3. If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
