Terms and Conditions: Returns and Exchanges
If you have an issue with a product you purchased from us, it must be returned in its original packaging with your receipt. E-juice purchases are non-refundable. In addition to bringing your product to the store you may also send it by mail, and it will be evaluated to ensure no physical damage has occurred. Please contact us prior to sending it in so you may be assigned an RMA number. Keep in mind we are unable to process any returns or exchanges after 2 weeks, and you must provide the original receipt and packaging. Please bear in mind that examining the product may take a few business days, and we will do our best to get your device back to you as soon as possible.
If it is deemed a manufacturer defect that is not repairable, and you are within the 2 week limit, you may select one of the following resolutions:
· return it to the manufacturer for repair/replacement
· replace it with the same (or a comparable) product if in stock
· issue you a store credit
If the 2 week period has elapsed, you must contact the manufacturer to see if they will provide additional warranty for your product. Additionally if physical damage has occurred to the device, or problems are deemed to be user error, your refund will not be processed and the item will be returned to you.
We understand being without a device while it is being repaired can be frustrating. For local purchases, bringing in into our store can minimize the turnaround time on your refund.
Please give us at least one business day to reply to any refund requests. If you are dissatisfied with the initial response from our staff, please allow at least one additional business day for it to be escalated to management so they can address the matter. We process a tremendous volume of orders for customers all across the country, and do our best to respond in a timely fashion.
